I am the General Coordinator of Públika, a Teaching Innovation Group and a Training and Specialization Program in Public Finance and Economic Policy at the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela. Its purpose is to prepare future professionals for careers in the public sector and in tax management within firms, while also providing continuous training for public officials and experts in taxation in the private sector. The program offers a broad perspective on public finance and economic policy, combining theoretical analysis with practical applications in economic and fiscal management, including public policy evaluation.

International and Institutional Experience
I have been invited to lecture at the University of Fribourg and the University of Rennes I, and I served as a member of the external evaluation committee of the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics in 2015
Previously, at the Universidade de Vigo, I held several academic leadership roles, including Director of the Department of Applied Economics (2011–2013), Director of the Chair of Family Business (2014–2023), Chairman of the Water Campus, and member of doctoral program committees in economics and water-related studies.
I have also served as Associate Editor of e-publica, an electronic journal on the teaching of public economics indexed in Econlit, Latindex, DICE, ProQuest, RESH, and EBSCO Publishing, and as President of the Organizing Committee of the XII Spanish Conference on Teaching in Economics (2021).
